Slight confusion : how to use the fixed function

I can't get the fixed function to work -- it keeps returning an error message about an invalid value.

The spreadsheet that I am working on is http://www.numsum.com/spreadsheet/show/7385 -- I'd like to truncate the calculated values to the nearest whole number.

Any suggestions?

Don't forget to use uppercase FIXED instead of a lowercase 'fixed'.  (Yeah, it's a bug.)
