Export, JSON, Huh?

I just started using Next Action and started thinking, "somehow I better be able to get my data out of it at some point..." So I looked for export and found the JSON Export and Import links. I click on the Export link and get some sort of structured language to copy and paste into something somewhere (I think ) that would then do something with it.

What is it? How do I just export my data so I can get, say, a list of projects, actions, contexts and so on? There's no text export?

The program looks very handy but I try not get into something where my data could be stranded, leaving only manual rekeying.
Thanks,
Tom

Re: Export, JSON, Huh?

Yes it would be useful to be pointed in the right direction on how this information could be imported into iCal, Excel etc....
Any advice on the subject JSON Export and Import links and how too manipulate the information would be helpful. Please

Re: Export, JSON, Huh?

Use JSON data export to backup data out of Next Action.
Use JSON data import to import back to Next Action data you export before.
Data you export may not work in other programs.
